But subject excellence is not enough; breadth as well as depth of experience is important.

In addition to mobility and a minimum of a second class honours degree, you must be able to demonstrate:

Analytical skills - the ability to identify and define a problem; research relevant information; devise and implement a strategy including organising people and resources; monitor and review.

Business sense - the ability to understand the financial implications of your decisions and actions, and to see the links between actions and goals

Influence- exerting power, making a difference, persuading others of your point of view
