Why did you change course/have resits?

If you changed courses
or had resits or any other problem it is better again to be
honest but keep your answer positive. For example:
- Say why the course
you changed to appealed rather than why your previous one
did not.
- If you had a problem,
demonstrate that you identified this, solved it and that
things have been better since.
