What are your weaknesses? |
This question is not just meant to catch
you out but looks rather at your self-awareness. It is OK
to have faults - all of us do. But…
- Keep your list short - don't mention
three if you're only asked for one.
- Don't choose weaknesses which could conflict
with your ability to do the job.
- Select examples which can be developed
such as Ianguages.
- There are pat answers such as "I'm
a bit of a perfectionist" but, beware, a good interviewer
will delve further by asking e.g. " How does this manifest
itself?"
