Competency Based Questions

Many employers/selectors employ what is termed competency-based interviews where questions probe your possession of a particular skill such as teamwork . This is usually achieved by examining an example of when you have demonstrated that skill in the past. They are trying to ascertain whether you demonstrated that skill in a rational way.
