Bad Presentations

Why presentations fail:

• Presenter-centred not audience-centred

• Unclear or unrealistic objectives

• Little time spent where it matters most

• Don't follow the thought processes of the audience - how/where/why/when

• Poor preparation or lack of time to prepare 

These are all considerations at the preparation stage, so be aware of them when rehearsing.
