Initial considerations - Information
Once you know the aim and key points (objectives) of the presentation you need to consider what are the main facts you need to get across to your audience?

You now need to research and gather information from various sources.

Think about research and the types of information that may need to be gathered for a presentation. You may have to gather:

  • Reports

  • Statistical data

  • Financial data

  • Subject related materials that is required in order to meet the aims and objectives and the needs of the audience
