Why is project management important? (contd) Quote
Working on projects requires you to bring together various elements in a systematic way either alone or, more usually, as part of a project team.

Project Management is split into 2 modules:

Module 1:
Projects and Project Lifecycles

Module 2:
Project Teams and Roles

It is recommended that you work through the modules in order.

An interactive element most employers want is ... 'the ability to work effectively in teams, often more than one team at once, and to be able to re-adjust roles from one project situation to another.'
