Phase 4: Integration/Handover (contd)
In larger projects, the project is deployed and the client takes charge
by operating the system and evaluating its effectiveness in terms of solving
the problem for which it was designed.
The contractor is often still involved in the provision of maintenance, auditing and evaluation services.

In this phase the project is deployed and the client takes charge
by operating the system and evaluating its effectiveness in terms of solving
the problem for which it was designed.
Post evaluation can ensure effective feedback which is useful for future projects.
The contractor is often still involved in the provision of maintenance through services contracts.
