In which circumstances do you find the message to be most credible?

Informal / less credible Video Sequence
A bloke sits in a pub and chats about eLearning:

eLearning? Yeah, it's great.  All you need is internet access, and you can train whenever you like. Suit yourself about when you're gonna do it and how long you're gonna do it for. It's all up to you, depending on what you already know about the subject. Everything's kushti.

I'll tell you what else is good about it: you can contact your tutor and any other people you're learning with, to discuss and ask questions. Just like that. (HE SNAPS HIS FINGERS)

The bosses like it too.  Good for the company, they say. Well, you don't have to travel to a training course, do you? So you're never away from the job and there are no fares or hotel bills to pay. So eLearning is very efficient. It's effective an' all. Everyone gets the training they need, when and where they need it. Like I say, everything's kushti with eLearning.
