Communication process (contd)
Communication is a 2-way process. You need to check your message has been received as intended (decoded).

Get the recipient to feed back to you their understanding of your message by:

• Checking their re-action to the message

• Asking them a question

• Asking for feedback

The recipient receives and interprets it using their preferred wording and language

Reacting
The recipient reacts to the message
